The location was comfortable, not too far from Quartier du Vaugueux.

Fairly clean place with amicable staff members and garden views.

The room was warm, good sized and had a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and TV. The view over shared private garden was nice, thoroughly enjoyed it.

It made my trip to Caen a very nice experience. The hotel's location was decent, so close to the town centre, the ferry and stores. I tried some drinks at gastropub Le P'tit B, located 15 minutes walk away.
-
Nigel

Kyle
Practical unit with tea/coffee making equipment, refrigerators, and a cooktop.

William
The staff were pleasant, the breakfast I had was plentiful. The location was decent for walking around an 11th-century abbey.
-
Simon
The location was excellent, because a bus station was based nearby the hotel. Popped in Le Piano a Vins for shots before sleep, it was at a walking distance from the venue.
The bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately.

Free WiFi. Ability to cook own meals. Effort to respect sustainability.
Ikea furniture will not last. Soon it will be run down. Looks like most of the the building was thrown together and will quickly become unkept. Plantings around building have not been watered and already dead. We really like the idea of a small, comfortable place where we can meet our basic needs. Just wish the staff were more welcoming and the building reflected a bit more sensitivity to the needs of the traveler.

The cleanliness, which I hope will stay as the hotel is only 6 months old!The bathroom and kitchen facilities were excellent.
Lack of space once the bed was utilised and the lack of additional bedding,as necessary.

Efficient staff, pleasant views over shared private garden, everything is fine. A king studio has basic facilities you need. Private bathroom is fairly clean. The location is magnificent - nearby a bus stop. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Saint-Jean Eudes Saint-Gilles district.

Very clean and modern accommodation with good parking and friendly staff to welcome you - excellent value for money. The studio style rooms were perfect for our needs for 2 nights during a long road trip holiday - great to have a small kitchenette, fridge/freezer and good bathroom as well as free parking and free wifi. Just a 15 minute walk to the main restaurant street which is well worth visiting. With the easy parking, we were able to do day trips to see the D-Day sights then return at night to a good parking spot, and secure, clean and modern accommodation and walk for dinner nearby. A nice touch was they left baguette out for people in the reception area. When you arrive, you need to park out on the street briefly and rush in to get the parking code so you can actually enter in their parking space directly in front of the accommodation.
We had 2 small single beds rather than a double bed and the pillows were quite flat and lumpy - but the location and facilities made these things very minor for us.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
